用高压差热分析仪评价了十七种催化剂对山东黄县煤加氢反应的催化活性,发现所用纯化学试剂好于天然铁矿石和工业废渣红泥,其中以SnCl_2·2H_2O 为最好。在天然铁矿石和工业废渣红泥中,山西阳泉硫铁矿石和山东某铝厂红泥较好。根据Freeman-Carrol 法计算了黄县煤在用SnCl_2·2H_2O、Ni_2O_3和阳泉硫铁矿石作催化剂时加氢反应的动力学参数。用Speil 公式计算得到黄县煤用Ni_2O_3作催化剂时加氢反应的热效应为5.53×10~2J/g,建立了该反应过程中某段时间内的热效应与产物组分之间的关联式。
The catalytic activity of seventeen catalysts for the hydrogenation of coal in Huangxian County, Shandong Province, was evaluated with a high pressure differential thermal analyzer. The pure chemical reagents used were found to be better than natural iron ore and industrial waste red mud, with SnCl_2 · 2H_2O being the best. In the natural iron ore and industrial waste red mud, Shanxi Yangquan pyrite and an aluminum plant in Shandong better red mud. The kinetic parameters of hydrogenation reaction of Huangxian coal with SnCl_2 · 2H_2O, Ni_2O_3 and Yangquan sulfur iron ore as catalysts were calculated by Freeman-Carrol method. The thermal effect of hydrogenation of Huangxian coal with Ni_2O_3 catalyst calculated by Speil formula was 5.53 × 10 ~ 2J / g, and the correlation between the thermal effect and the product components was established for a period of time.
