HSE绩效考核系统作为HSE管理三大系统之一,是激励、引导和约束员工行为的一种重要手段。近年来,西南油气田公司重庆气矿长寿运销部以试点HSE培训、示范HSE管理为契机,不断探索HSE标准制度、培训和绩效考核三大系统在基层融合的有效举措。在HSE绩效考核上,转变执行理念、突出系统构建,以“五个转变”构建了颇具特色的HSE绩效考核系统。
As one of the three systems of HSE management, HSE performance appraisal system is an important means to motivate, guide and constrain employee behavior. In recent years, the long-life gas and gas marketing department of Chongqing Gas Mine Company of Southwest Oil and Gas Field Company took the pilot HSE training and demonstration HSE management as an opportunity to continuously explore effective measures for the integration of the three systems of HSE standard system, training and performance appraisal at the grassroots level. In the HSE performance appraisal, change the implementation concept, highlighting the system construction, with “five changes ” to build a distinctive HSE performance appraisal system.
