1988年北京医科大学卫生事业管理干部培训中心组织部分师生,采用典型抽样方法,根据自然地理位置及经济发展水平,在河北省保定、沧州、石家庄、邯郸四地区九个县(新城、容城、沫水、东光、吴桥、灵寿、辛集、成安、磁县)进行了卫生防疫服务需求调查。其中包括对375名食品生产经营人员所进行的调查。每县抽查食品厂、饭店、食堂、副食商店各两家,每家调查不同层次不同班、组职工5~6名,每县抽查食品摊点10处,每处1~2人。调查的有关结果如下: 一般情况调查对象中有男187人、女188人,约各占一半。年龄分布:小于30岁者占53.1%;30岁至40岁者占29.3%;41岁以上者占22.6%。文化程度:文盲占8.7%;小学占30.3%;初中占44.1%;
In 1988, the Beijing Medical University Health Care Management Training Center organized some teachers and students to adopt typical sampling methods and based on the natural geographical position and economic development level, in nine counties of Hebei Province, Baoding, Zhangzhou, Shijiazhuang, and Zhangzhou (New Town, Rongcheng) , Moshui, Dongguang, Wuqiao, Lingshou, Xinji, Cheng’an, Cixian) surveyed the demand for health and epidemic prevention services. This includes surveys of 375 food production and operations personnel. Each county sampled two food factories, restaurants, canteens, and non-staple food stores. Each survey had 5 to 6 employees in different classes and groups at different levels. Each county sampled 10 food stalls with 1 to 2 people. The relevant findings of the survey are as follows: In general, there are 187 males and 188 females, each about half of the respondents. Age distribution: 53.1% of those under 30 years of age; 29.3% of those aged 30 to 40 years; 22.6% of those over 41 years of age.
