本文应用紫外分光光度法测定头孢唑林钠含量,模拟临床条件,考察了头孢唑林钠在4,25,37℃3种温度下于腹膜透析液中的稳定性和与硫酸庆大霉素的配伍。结果表明37℃时头孢唑林钠在腹透液中至少可保存12h;4,25℃时呈少可保存72h。负荷量(120mg/L)或维持量(8mg/L)硫酸庆大霉素对其稳定性无影响,两者可在腹透液中配伍。
In this paper, the determination of cefazolin sodium content by UV spectrophotometry to simulate the clinical conditions investigated Cefazolin sodium at 4,25,37 ℃ 3 temperature in the peritoneal dialysis solution stability and with gentamicin sulfate Compatibility. The results showed that at 37 ℃ cefazolin sodium in the peritoneal fluid can be stored for at least 12h; 4,25 ℃ was preserved for 72h. Gentamicin sulfate had no effect on its stability with loading (120mg / L) or maintenance dose (8mg / L), both of which could be used in peritoneal dialysis.
