用受精卵显微注射法建立起来的HBV转基因小鼠为乙型肝炎研究创造了良好的条件。HBV转基因小鼠的利用已使与HBV有关的病毒学、免疫学、发病机理、病毒清除机制和治疗评价等方面的研究工作取得了进展。
HBV transgenic mice established by zygotes microinjection create favorable conditions for the study of hepatitis B. The use of HBV transgenic mice has led to progress in research on virological, immunological, pathogenesis, viral clearance mechanisms and therapeutic evaluation of HBV.
