With the advent of the information society, “information” has drawn more and more attention. All walks of life put the acquisition and output of information on the important agenda of their own work. Culture and art have always had a strong non-material, informational, has always been the occupation of the art of information and output as an important part of the work. Today, as society attaches great importance to information, art units attach more importance to artistic information to a new height. All qualified art departments, such as larger art performance groups, art research institutes and art education institutes, have set up their own reference rooms or art archives to store and utilize the information. The data work of many units has achieved remarkable results, effectively promoting the art production of this unit and also contributing to the overall development of the arts. However, there are quite a number of units of art information work that have not shown any significant results or failed to play their due role. However, the common problem is that the failure to prioritize the circulation and utilization of information has caused a great deal of artistic information to remain in the literature, and fail to flow into the “information flow” of the entire society or even enter the field of vision of the personnel concerned. The formation of a great waste of information resources.
