劳动用工制度改革已经多年,针对目前劳动工资统计工作存在的一些比较突出的问题,包括统计范围的局限性、统计方法比较单一、指标的针对性和劳动工资总额上存在的一些问题。在分析问题的基础上,提出改进劳动工资统计工作的必要性和主要改革方向,探索建立一套具有地方特色、适应市场经济发展、符合国民经济核算要求的劳动工资统计制度,以进一步完善劳动工资工作,为国民经济宏观决策提供准确的统计数据,确保国民经济又好又快地发展。
Labor and employment system reform has been for many years. According to some prominent problems existing in the labor wage statistics work at present, including the limitations of the statistical scope, the single statistical method, the pertinence of the target and the total amount of labor and wage.
