张晓林《求是》杂志社原总编辑:《人民公仆》是一本政治综合性的刊物,但主要还是应该以人物通讯为主。目前,报刊杂志的竞争非常激烈,一本刊物如果能在杂志行业里打拼出来,没有特点恐怕很难生存。我认为,《人民公仆》的受众是公务员。这就需要了解当前公务员队伍的需求,对他们的阅读心理做深入的了解。到底栏目怎么设置?比如说公务员愿意看的历史上的这些人是怎么从政的。这样的话,我们的杂志才有可读性,才有人爱看。
