本文就近年来准分子激光屈光性角膜切削术 (PRK)后屈光回退和角膜上皮下混浊 (haze)两大并发症的发病机制及防治措施的研究进展作一简要综述 :即凋亡介导下的角膜创伤愈合机制 ,以及通过局部应用糖皮质激素、非激素性抗炎药物、抗代谢药物、纤溶酶原抑制剂、降低眼压来减弱创伤愈合反应 ,应用锌制剂、Caspase抑制剂、细胞因子调控、改进手术方式以及羊膜移植等来阻断凋亡 ,从而预防和治疗屈光回退和haze形成 ,提高PRK术的稳定性和预测性。
This review summarizes the recent advances in the pathogenesis and prevention and treatment of two major complications of refractive regression and corneal epithelial haze following excimer laser photorefractive keratectomy (PRK): Apoptotic media Guided by the mechanism of corneal wound healing, as well as through the topical application of glucocorticoid, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, antimetabolites, plasminogen inhibitors, reduce intraocular pressure to reduce the wound healing response, the use of zinc preparations, Caspase inhibitors , Cytokine regulation, improved surgical methods and amniotic membrane transplantation to prevent apoptosis, thereby preventing and treating refractive regression and haze formation, improve the PRK technique of stability and predictability.
