对报端滥发公告现象作了初步研究。首先以某市三家报纸为例,列举80例广告的标题说明报端滥发公告现象是客观存在。接着指出某某晚报广告部对某市“各大新闻媒体均依据《中华人民共和国广告法》相关规定发布广告”的说法并非确实,“《中华人民共和国广告法》中对广告的禁用语有明文规定”之说没有法律根据。进而阐明以虚假公告作广告,违法《国家行政机关公文处理办法》和《中华人民共和国广告法》;公告姓公,不能姓商姓民姓私。最后就端正广告文风,维护公告庄严性和权威性问题,提出有法必依、法需完善、编辑把关、领导负责四条建议。
