本文采用五孔束状测针和分布在叶栅上、下端壁及叶片表面的测压孔,对叶栅出口流场和上述表面上的静压分布进行了详细测量。实验结果证明:叶片的倾斜显著地改变了叶片表面尤其是吸力面上的静压分布,因而引起了叶栅中二次流损失的重新分布。
In this paper, a five-hole beam-shaped stylus and a pressure-measuring hole distributed on the upper and lower end walls of the cascade and on the surface of the blade are used to measure the flow field at the cascade and the static pressure distribution on the surface. The experimental results show that the inclination of the blade significantly changes the static pressure distribution on the blade surface, especially on the suction surface, thus causing the redistribution of the secondary flow loss in the cascade.
