为了考察并确定白蔹抗菌部位工业化制备的最佳工艺条件,试验对白蔹生药进行乙醇提取后再用正丁醇萃取,在单因素考察基础上,以正丁醇浸膏的收率、没食子酸和大黄素含量为指标,采用正交试验设计对正丁醇用量、萃取次数和振摇时间进行考察。结果表明:白蔹抗菌部位的最佳萃取工艺为用20倍量正丁醇萃取4次,每次振摇30 s。说明试验优化的白蔹抗菌部位工业化制备工艺操作简便,经济可行。
In order to investigate and determine the optimum conditions for the industrial preparation of the antibacterial site of catfish, the crude extract of catfish was extracted with n-butanol and then extracted with n-butanol. Based on the single factor test, the yield of n-butanol extract, And emodin content as an indicator, using orthogonal experimental design of n-butanol consumption, extraction times and shaking time were investigated. The results showed that the optimum extraction process of the antibacterial site was that it was extracted four times with 20 times of n-butanol and shaken for 30 s each time. It shows that the industrial preparation process of the anti-bacterial part of catfish that is tested and optimized is easy and economical to operate.
