目的了解雅安市2010-2013年疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)监测开展情况,评估AEFI监测系统运行状况。方法通过全国AEFI监测系统和免疫规划信息管理系统,收集AEFI监测数据和接种数据,采用描述性方法进行流行病学分析。结果 2010-2013年8区县每年均有AEFI报告。全市共报告354例,总报告发生率为232.79/100万剂次;354例AEFI中,一般反应283例(79.94%),异常反应55例(15.54%),偶合症16例(4.52%);48 h内报告率为98.02%,48 h内调查率为100%,个案完整率为100%,3 d内调查表报告率为88.17%,调查报告7 d内上传率为25.00%,分类诊断率为100%。结论雅安市AEFI监测系统敏感性和监测质量总体良好,但3 d内调查表报告率和调查报告7 d内上传率有待提高。
Objective To understand the status of suspected AEFI surveillance in Ya’an from 2010 to 2013 and assess the health status of AEFI surveillance system. Methods Through the national AEFI monitoring system and immune planning information management system, the AEFI monitoring data and inoculation data were collected, and the descriptive method was used for epidemiological analysis. Results From 2010 to 2013, 8 districts and counties reported AEFI every year. A total of 354 cases of AEFI were found in 283 cases (79.94%), 55 cases (15.54%) were anomalous reactions and 16 cases (4.52%) were coupled diseases.
