校园文化是学校发展的核心竞争力。本文以惠州卫生学校创建特色校园文化实践为例,从构建校园隐性文化和显性文化入手,概述了创建具有卫生职业教育特色的校园文化在培养德技双馨医技人才中的实践体会,具有一定的借鉴意义。
Campus culture is the core competitiveness of school development. This paper takes Huizhou School of Health to create characteristic campus culture practice as an example.
