目的 探讨榉木尘的诱变性 ,方法 本研究选用BALB/c - 3T3细胞 ,采用榉木尘水提取液与有机提取液进行微核和多核效应测试。结果 榉木尘 2种提取液均存在细胞毒性 ,并可引起BALB/c - 3T3细胞微核和多核细胞率的明显提高 ,剂量反应关系成立。结论 有机提取液体外细胞毒性及诱变性均大于水提取液。
Aim To investigate the mutagenicity of beech wood dust. Methods BALB / c - 3T3 cells were selected for this study. Micronuclear and multi - core effects were tested using beech dust and organic extracts. Results There were cytotoxicity in both extracts of beech wood dust and the marked increase of micronuclei and multinucleated cells in BALB / c - 3T3 cells. The dose response relationship was established. Conclusion The cytotoxicity and mutagenicity of organic extract in vitro are higher than that of water extract.
