在稀土-偶氮氯膦Ⅲ体系中,用回归正交法设计实验计划,测定多波长下的吸光度。借助微机得到如下形式的回归方程: A(λ)=b_o(λ)+sum from i=1 to N[b_i(λ)·X_i]+sum from j>i=1 to N [b_(ij)(λ)·X_i·X_j] 把样品的吸光度A(λ)代入,就可求得混合稀土中组分含量。本法所得结果的相对标准误差<6%,回收率为95—105%。F检验指出,在α=0.01的水平上方程显著。这说明本文提出的方法准确可靠。
In the rare earth - chlorophosphonazo Ⅲ system, experimental design was designed by regression orthogonal method, and the absorbance was measured at multiple wavelengths. A regression equation of the form A (λ) = b_o (λ) + sum from i = 1 to N [b_i (λ) · X_i] + sum from j> i = 1 to N [b_ (ij) λ) · X_i · X_j] Substituting the absorbance A (λ) of the sample into the sample, the composition of the mixed rare earth can be determined. The relative standard deviation of the results obtained by this Law is <6% and the recovery rate is 95-105%. The F test indicates that the equation is significant at the level of α = 0.01. This shows that the method proposed in this paper is accurate and reliable.
