对于化工装置而言,本质安全是安全管理所追求的最终目标。因此,不断实现设备及工艺的本质化安全,是企业实现安全生产的必由之路。HAZOP分析通过分析工艺方面及人为操作方面的缺陷而识别危险源,是寻求危险源的专业分析工具。相对于各类风险识别方法而言,具有很强的专业性,是确保装置的本质安全、预防风险的一种有效工具。因此,引入HAZOP分析方法,对于实现企业本质安全,提升企业安全水平,具有十分重要的意义。 In the case of chemical plants, intrinsic safety is the ultimate goal of safety management. Therefore, the constant realization of equipment and process of the essence of security, is the only way for enterprises to achieve safety in production. The HAZOP analysis identifies hazards by analyzing defects in processes and man-made operations and is a specialized analytical tool for finding hazards. Relative to all kinds of risk identification methods, has a strong professional, is to ensure the intrinsic safety of the device, an effective tool to prevent risks. Therefore, the introduction of HAZOP analysis method is of great significance to realize the intrinsic safety of enterprises and enhance the safety level of enterprises.
