体育档案是指过去和现在的体育教学、体育训练、教学改革和科研实践活动中直接形成的有保存价值的各种文字、图表、声像等不同形式的历史记录,它直接地记载了体育教学、运动训练、课外体育活动、教研的历程,体育科研的成果,是学校体育发展过程珍贵的资料。在此,笔者就如何有效整理和保存体育档案作如下总结。一、体育档案的内容(一)有关学校体育工作的文件类资料主要包括上级部门和学校对开展学校体育工作有关的各种文件,学校体育有关规章制度。(二)教学科研类资料主要包括体育组开展各种形式的体育教研活动,以及参加上一级主管部门举办的各种形式的教研活动,体育教师参加各级各类体育教学、科研、论文等获奖成果及资料。
