一、精制糖 在限制能量摄入的条件下,因淀粉所致的碳水化台物性高脂血症极为少见。因此精制糖(refinde sugar)就成厂值得探讨的问题。过去都认为作为精制糖的蔗糖或果糖若过量摄入会诱发高脂血症。但Osei等给NIDDM(胰岛素性依赖性糖尿病)患者口服果糖60g/d,连服12W,血脂、脂蛋白及血糖均未见变化。Bugsschaert等给IDDM(胰岛素依赖性糖尿病)患者口服蔗糖20g/d.连用3mo,血糖、三酸甘油酯及胆固醇亦无改变。上述2报道均是门诊观察,尚缺乏可靠性;换言之,患者在观察期间是否按量全部摄入了蔗糖尚属疑问。
