本文报告5种抗银屑病药物即氨甲喋呤、蒽林、羟脲、Azauridine(阿扎利宾的活性代谢物)、霉酚酸和代谢抑制剂嘌呤霉素(Puromycin)、放线菌酮(Cycloheximide)、放线菌素D、道诺红菌素(Daunorubicin)、亚得里亚霉素(Adriamycin)、阿糖胞苷对组织培养中表皮细胞生长的影响。作者从豚鼠表皮衍生的一株无性繁殖细胞即Gp_(18)进行药物实验,因此株细胞形态清楚、生长迅速,对于每种药物进行下列3种试验以测定:1.细胞将胸腺嘧啶掺入DNA的能力。2.细胞将氨基酸掺入蛋白质的能力。3.每份培养中,附着于生长
This article reports five anti-psoriasis drugs, methotrexate, anthralin, hydroxyurea, Azauridine, mycophenolic acid and the metabolic inhibitors Puromycin, Cycloheximide ), Actinomycin D, Daunorubicin, Adriamycin, Cytarabine on the growth of epidermal cells in tissue culture. The authors conducted a drug experiment from a clonogenic cell derived from the guinea pig epidermis, Gp_ (18), so that the plant cells were clear and rapidly growing.
