为了提取钨,研究了一种碱压煮方法分解中哈萨克斯坦某一矿床的风化壳难选泥质矿石(含有镁化合物)。利用实验计划的概率—确定方法求出在加碳酸镁、白云石和焙烧过的白云石等分解添加剂时,压煮法浸出钨的数学模型。现已得到实际上的能把钨全部回收到溶液中的最佳参数,且这些参数已为1升容积压煮器试验室扩大试验结果所证实。上面所推荐的从泥质矿石中回收钨的方法半工业试验曾在杰兹卡兹甘有色冶金设计
In order to extract tungsten, we studied a weathered alkali-refractory argillaceous ores (containing magnesium compounds) from a certain Kazakhstan Kazakhstan deposit by alkaline pressure cooker method. The mathematical model of pressure cooker leaching of tungsten was obtained by using the experimental plan probability-determination method in the presence of decomposition additives such as magnesium carbonate, dolomite and roasted dolomite. The best parameters for virtually all of the tungsten to be recovered in solution have now been obtained and these parameters have been validated by a 1 liter capacity cooker expansion test. The above recommended method for the recovery of tungsten from shaly ores was carried out on a pilot plant in Zezkazgan Nonferrous Metallurgy
