本文报告了应用二尖瓣超声心动图与脉冲多普勒血流波之时间间期的方法评估左室舒张功能。研究结果表明，本方法可用于估价犬心梗和人陈旧性心梗、左室压力负荷过重、扩张型心肌病等病埋状况下的左室舒张功能异常。本文提出的二尖瓣超声心动波与脉冲多普勒血流波同步显示的方式，同时提供心瓣膜活动与跨二尖瓣血流的信息，为无创性估测左室舒张功能提供了新的观察手段。
This article reports the assessment of left ventricular diastolic function using the time interval between mitral echocardiography and pulsed Doppler flow.
