黄××,男,45岁,教师,于1982年8月18日入院,住院号31326.病人自1979年始无明显诱因,自觉倦怠,乏力,食欲不振,有时恶心,经常失眠、心悸、头晕.于二年前出现阳萎,体重逐渐减轻,近半年来更为明显。有时轻度腹痛,以脐周为重;伴有腹泻,为黄色糊状便.皮肤及口腔粘膜逐渐出现黑色素沉着,眉毛及腋毛脱落,并开始对周围事物不感兴趣.1981年秋于某医院诊断为“阿狄森氏病”.1962年曾患“空洞型肺结核”已治愈.查体:血压128/60mmHg,体温36.2℃,脉搏98次/分,意识清楚,表情淡漠,反应迟钝,无力体质,明显消瘦,皮肤及口腔粘膜有黑褐色色素沉着。以颜面、口唇及山龈为重.眉毛及阴毛稀疏,腋毛脱尽,甲状腺不大,未触及震颤,未闻及血管杂音.眼球不突出.肺、心脏、腹部、脊柱、四肢及神经系统正常.
