本文以汞膜电极,研究了在丁二肟存在下钴的差分脉冲吸附伏安行为,认为其电极过程为在一定电位下,扩散至电极表面的钴(Ⅱ)一丁二肟配合物还原为钴(Ⅰ)一丁二肟配合物并吸附于电极表面,在负向扫描过程中,发生不可逆电子转移,得一敏感蜂。在0.04MNH_3—0.16M NH4Cl介质(pH8.6)中,钴浓度在1.0×10~_(-10)~2.0×10~(-7)M间与其蜂电流呈良好的线性。电积2min,检测限低至5.0×10~(-11)M。方法标准偏差及变动系数分别为0.21和3.8%。
In this paper, the differential pulse voltammetry of cobalt in the presence of butanedioxime was studied using mercury electrode as the electrode process. The cobalt (Ⅱ) -butanediol dioxime complex diffused to the electrode surface under a certain potential was reduced to Cobalt (Ⅰ) a butanedioxime complex and adsorbed on the electrode surface, in the negative scanning process, the occurrence of irreversible electron transfer, have a sensitive bee.
