目的:观察清热解毒口服液超声雾化治疗唇疱疹的临床疗效。方法:随机将我院2011年7月—2013年9月收治的唇疱疹患儿86例分为治疗组和对照组各43例,治疗组采用常规治疗的基础上加清热解毒口服液超声雾化,对照组采用常规抗病毒治疗,不进行超声雾化,分析两组的临床效果,并对比分析。结果:治疗组疱疹结痂干燥,痛痒消失所需的时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01);总有效率治疗组95.35%明显高于对照组72.09%(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论:清热解毒口服液超声雾化治疗唇疱疹方法简单,疗效显著,临床上值得推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of oral detoxification of Qingrejiedu Oral Liquid in the treatment of cold sores. Methods: 86 cases of cold sores were randomly divided into treatment group (43 cases) and control group (43 cases) in our hospital from July 2011 to September 2013. The treatment group were treated with the combination of Qingrejiedu oral liquid ultrasonic atomization , The control group using conventional antiviral therapy, without ultrasonic nebulization, analysis of the clinical effects of the two groups, and comparative analysis. Results: The time required for herpes and scabs to dry and disappear in treatment group was significantly shorter than that in control group (P <0.01). The total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group (95.35%, 72.09%, P <0.05) significance. Conclusion: The method of clearing away heat and toxic and detoxifying oral liquid by ultrasonic atomization in the treatment of cold sores is simple, the curative effect is remarkable and it is clinically worth to be popularized.
