The stability of the wire cutting process reflects the macro external features of the process. We have found that the nomenclature for processing stability has repeatedly been cited in research reports and monographs on electroforming, but so far there is no clear definition. Obviously processing stability is a generally accepted fuzzy concept that may have originated from cybernetics but differs from the concept of stability in cybernetics. Usually the stability of wire cutting is the stability of the discharge state, is a comprehensive performance index, subject to many factors.
