实践证明,乡镇企业已成为我国农村经济的主体,市场商品的主要供应者。是国民经济生机勃勃、潜力巨大的生长点,是农民奔小康,实现农业现代化,农村城镇化,增大就业容量的必由之路,是合乎国情、合乎规律、合乎民意的不可阻挡的历史潮流。乡镇企业是农村资金活动的重点,是金融业看好的潜在市场,是金融业务竞争的焦点。为此,农村金融部门要进一步提高认识,解放思想,转变观念,抓住机遇,把支持乡镇企业发展作为开拓农村信贷业务的生长点,纳入信贷业务发展战略重点,作为资金投放的一个重要方面,充分发挥农村金融部门在支持乡镇企业发展中的主渠道作用。努力拓展乡镇企业信贷业务。现就玉溪地区乡镇企业发展情况及农村信贷工作重点谈点初浅认识。
