对延胡索甲醇提取物(MECT)的抗变态反应和抗炎作用已进行了广泛的研究,表明MECT能抑制由IgE、IgC和效应T细胞诱导的变态反应,但对其作用机理仍不太清楚。本次研究了MECT对细胞因子产生和实验动物的某些变态反应的影响。 方法:①脂多糖(LPS)诱导小鼠细胞因子产生:将0.3mg痤疮丙酸杆菌静脉注射于C57BL/6雄性小鼠体内,7d后静脉注射LPS(5mg/kg),2h后采集血样,用ELISA方法测定肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-1β和IL-6的水平。②
Extensive studies have been conducted on the antiallergic and anti-inflammatory effects of methanolic extract of M. yanhusuo (MECT), indicating that MECT can inhibit allergic responses induced by IgE, IgC, and effector T cells, but its mechanism of action is still unclear. This study investigated the effect of MECT on cytokine production and certain allergic reactions in experimental animals. Methods: 1Lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced mouse cytokine production: 0.3 mg of P. acnes was intravenously injected into C57BL/6 male mice, and LPS (5 mg/kg) was injected intravenously 7 days later. Blood samples were collected after 2 hours. The level of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, interleukin (IL)-1β and IL-6 was measured by ELISA. 2
