《煤矿安全规程》第251条规定:“必须有工作和备用的水管,其中工作水管的能力应能配合工作水泵在20小时内排出矿井24小时的正常涌水量。工作和备用水管的总能力,应能配合工作和备用水泵在20小时内排出矿井24小时的最大涌水量。”
Article 251 of the Coal Mine Safety Regulations stipulates: “There must be a working and standby water pipe, of which the working water pipe capacity should be able to match the normal water gushing capacity of the working water pump discharged from the mine for 24 hours within 20 hours.” The total capacity of the working and standby water pipes, Should be able to work with spare pumps in 20 hours within 24 hours of mine discharge maximum water inflow.
