本文根据室内试验对沈北高凝原油的一般物性、粘温特性、流变特性和流动特性进行论述。提出用—10原油和胜—10与安—74混合原油当混合比为9:1~4:6,原油的粘温变化规律用μ=exp(A+B·t+C·t~2)表示;安—74和混合油的混合比为8:7~1:9,混合原油粘温变化规律用μ=A·exp(B/T)表示;胜—10、安—74及混合油剪切应力与剪切速率的变化规律用R=R_0+K·D_r~n表示。并建议在高于凝点5℃以上温度输送沈北高凝原油;对输送温度较高和凝点较高的管道应保温,以减少热量损失和防止凝管事故的发生;胜—10、安—74原油最佳混合比为8:2,应以此比例下输送。
In this paper, based on laboratory tests of Shenbei hypercoagulable crude oil general properties, viscosity-temperature characteristics, rheological properties and flow characteristics are discussed.
