树枝状聚合物是一种人工合成的新型纳米材料,具有天然的纳米尺寸、独特的单分散性、表面多官能团等特点。这些独特的理化性质使其在生物医学领域得到了广泛地应用,尤其在靶向药物传递方面。药物可包封在树枝状聚合物的内部空腔,也可通过化学键偶联在其表面的官能基团上。表面众多的官能团还可与各种靶向配基如抗体和其Fab片段、叶酸、生物素等偶联,从而将药物传递至配基靶向部位,实现靶向治疗。本文主要探讨树枝状聚合物在靶向药物传递中的应用,并简单介绍这种聚合物的毒性作用。
Dendritic polymer is a kind of new synthetic nanomaterials with natural nano-size, unique monodispersity and multi-functional surface. These unique physical and chemical properties make them widely used in the biomedical field, especially in targeting drug delivery. The drug can be encapsulated in the interior cavity of the dendritic polymer and can also be chemically bonded to functional groups on its surface. A large number of surface functional groups can also be coupled with a variety of targeting ligands such as antibodies and their Fab fragments, folic acid, biotin and the like to deliver the drug to ligand targeting sites for targeted therapies. This article focuses on the application of dendrimers in targeted drug delivery and briefly describes the toxic effects of this polymer.
