冬虫夏草水提取液对小鼠胸腺细胞、脾细胞以及脾细胞经除去thy~(-1+)细胞后残存的细胞都有与剂量相关的致有丝分裂作用,说明虫草对T和B淋巴细胞的增殖有作用。虫草与脾细胞共育24小时的上清液中不能检出或仅能检出极低IL2活性,但虫草活化的脾细胞表达与ConA活化的脾细胞相近数量的IL2受体。
Cordyceps sinensis aqueous extract of mouse thymus cells, spleen cells and spleen cells after removal of thy ~ (-1+) cells have residual dose-related mitogenic effect of that Cordyceps on T and B lymphocyte proliferation effect. Cordyceps and spleen cells co-incubated for 24 hours can not be detected in the supernatant or can only detect very low IL2 activity, but Cordyceps activated spleen cells express ConA-activated spleen cells close to the number of IL2 receptors.
