“华北石质山风沙防护林区遥感综合调查研究”是国家“七五”攻关项目“遥感技术开发”的组成部分,由中国林科院资源信息所和北京农大畜牧系主持,全国19个单位参加。经过近4年的团结攻关,行程1.5万km,完成了9万km~2的制图、7万km~2的多学科数据量算分析,做了大量深入、细致的研究,超额完成了合同下达的各项指标。该课题于1990年12月31日在北京通过了由中国科学院资源环境科学局主持的鉴定和验收。鉴定委员有学部委员吴中伦、陈述彭等12名同行专家和教授。通过审查,他们认为:该项研究在科学性和实用性等诸方面均具特色,技术上取得了突破性进展;在航天遥感图象处理上,开拓了导向比值法,
