随着经济的发展和科技水平的提高,现代社会的信息化程度日益提高,很多行业也已经开始了信息化建设,档案管理行业也不例外。为了适应时代潮流,加快事业单位转型升级,应该采取有效措施加快事业单位档案管理信息化建设。本文首先介绍了事业单位档案管理信息化建设的重大意义,然后提出了目前事业单位档案管理信息化建设中存在的问题,最后提出了加强事业单位档案管理信息化建设的具体措施。
With the development of economy and improvement of science and technology, the degree of informatization of modern society is increasing day by day. Many industries have begun the construction of informatization and the file management industry is no exception. In order to adapt to the trend of the times and speed up the transformation and upgrading of public institutions, effective measures should be taken to speed up the construction of archives management information in public institutions. This article first introduces the great significance of the information management of file management in public institutions, and then puts forward some problems in the current information management of file management in public institutions. Finally, it puts forward some concrete measures to strengthen the information management of file management in public institutions.
