一、强化计量指标管理,确立工作目标企业计量工作是企业管理的基础工作。为了夯实基础,实现公司持续、稳定、协调发展,公司结合实际,建立健全了10多项计量管理制度,制定了近期、中长期计量发展规划及工作目标。1.制定工作目标2014年年初制定了《公司质量、计量、标准化工作要点》(以下简称《工作要点》),《工作要点》规定了本年度的具体工作指标及工作要求,并对指标的完成提出了具体要求。
