MnAlC永磁合金是一种不含Co,原料价格低廉,资源丰富的永磁体。70年代中期日本松下电器公司经过热挤压生产出磁能积为4~9MGOe的各向异性MnAlC永磁体,引起人们的关注,但对它的各向异性和矫顽力机理还不完全清楚,研究并弄清楚合金的各向异性和矫顽力机理,为制造高性能的各向异性MnAlC磁体提供理论依据就显得十分必要。 机械工业部仪表局1981年向北京钢院下达了“挤压MnAlC磁合金各向异性化与矫顽力机理的研究”任务。要求研究:磁各向异性的机制,影响各向异性的各种工艺因素;矫顽力的机制,晶体结构与缺陷和析出相与矫顽力的关系。通过研究基本上完成了
MnAlC permanent magnet alloy is a non-Co, raw materials, low cost, resource-rich permanent magnet. In the mid-1970s, Japan Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd. produced hot-pressed anisotropic MnAlC permanent magnet with a product of energy of 4 ~ 9MGOe, aroused people’s attention, but its mechanism of anisotropy and coercivity is not fully understood.
