红星国际家具展示中心由六栋塔楼及商业裙房组成,塔楼上部采用剪力墙结构,下部采用框支剪力墙结构;裙房采用框架结构。层5以下为裙房,层6为结构转换层,每三栋塔的转换层连成整体,形成多塔高位转换的复杂高层建筑。采用SATWE及ETABS进行转换层上下刚度比分析,采用层刚度比、等效侧向刚度比及层间位移角比进行评价。给出了转换层刚度比控制分析过程,通过对比多模型、多软件、多指标的计算结果,分析了多塔高位转换对刚度比的影响,并对落地抗震墙进行了加强,从而控制刚度比在合适范围内。
