目的优化壳聚糖复合絮凝剂用于双黄连水提取液选择性絮凝的最佳工艺条件。方法以绿原酸和黄芩苷保留率、鞣质脱除率为考察指标,分别考察复合絮凝剂制备工艺、絮凝剂用量、絮凝时间以及壳聚糖性能指标对絮凝效果的影响,优化选择性絮凝工艺条件。结果双黄连水提取液絮凝的优化工艺条件:膨润土经450℃灼烧4 h改性后负载壳聚糖制备复合絮凝剂,絮凝剂用量60 g/L,絮凝时间24 h,所用壳聚糖最佳性能指标:脱乙酰度95%、黏度60 cps。结论经高温改性的膨润土负载壳聚糖所制备的复合絮凝剂具有良好的选择性絮凝性能,絮凝效果显著优于《中国药典》2010年版方法。
Objective To optimize the optimal conditions for the selective flocculation of water extract of Shuanghuanglian with chitosan composite flocculant. Methods The retention rate of chlorogenic acid and baicalin and the removal rate of tannin were taken as the indexes to investigate the influence of the preparation process of flocculant, flocculant dosage, flocculation time and chitosan performance index on the flocculation efficiency respectively, and the optimized selective flocculation Process conditions. Results The optimal conditions for the flocculation of Shuanghuanglian water extract were as follows: the bentonite was modified with chitosan at 450 ℃ for 4 h to prepare composite flocculant, the flocculant dosage was 60 g / L and the flocculation time was 24 h. Good performance indicators: 95% degree of deacetylation, viscosity 60 cps. Conclusions The composite flocculant prepared by high temperature modified bentonite loaded chitosan has good selective flocculation performance, and the flocculation effect is significantly better than that of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” 2010 edition.
