目的了解医疗机构丙型病毒性肝炎(丙肝)防治工作人员丙肝防治知识、病例诊断和疫情报告标准掌握情况及影响因素,为提高丙肝疫情报告质量和采取有效的预防控制措施提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方式,对周口市辖区市县乡三级医疗机构606名医务人员进行一对一调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果 36.6%的调查对象能完全正确回答如何预防丙肝,市县级医院医务人员回答正确率高于乡级医院(χ2=13.9,P<0.01),调查对象所在业务部门回答正确性差异有统计学意义,其中检验部门(52.0%)高于诊治部门(37.0%),诊治部门高于防保部门(18.2%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=34.6,P<0.01);35.8%的人能够正确回答丙肝的诊断标准,多因素logistic回归分析显示,市级医院医务人员回答正确率高于县级医院,县级高于乡级,检验部门人员回答正确率高于防保部门,防保部门高于诊治部门,回答正确率随着工作年限的增加而增高;17.7%能完全正确回答丙肝疫情报告标准,多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,医院级别越高,回答正确率越低,防保部门业务人员回答正确率高于诊治部门,诊治部门高于检验部门,回答正确率随着工作年限的增加而增高。结论该市医务人员丙肝防治知识、丙肝诊断与报告标准掌握情况均较差,并受到所在医院级别、所在业务部门及工作年限的影响。提示应提高医务人员丙肝防治业务技术水平,通过医务人员这一平台,向广大患者传播正确的丙肝防治知识,提高职业暴露防护意识,从而遏制丙肝的进一步传播和蔓延。
Objective To understand the status of hepatitis C prevention and control knowledge, case diagnosis and reporting standard of hepatitis C prevention and control workers in medical institutions and its influencing factors so as to provide the basis for improving the quality of hepatitis C reporting and effective prevention and control measures. Methods By means of questionnaire survey, one hundred and sixty-six medical staff from three counties in cities, counties and cities in Zhoukou municipality were surveyed one by one, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results 36.6% of the respondents were able to correctly answer the question of how to prevent HCV infection. The correct response rate of medical staff at city and county hospitals was higher than that of township hospitals (χ2 = 13.9, P <0.01). Conclusion Hepatitis C prevention and control knowledge, hepatitis C diagnosis and reporting standard mastery of medical staff in this city are poor, and are affected by the level of the hospital, the business department and the working life of the hospital. It is suggested that the technical level of prevention and treatment of hepatitis C should be improved. Through the platform of medical personnel, the correct knowledge of prevention and treatment of hepatitis C should be disseminated to the majority of patients so as to raise the consciousness of occupational exposure protection so as to limit the further spread and spread of HCV.
