目的:探究精细化管理在医院门诊药房管理中的应用效果和实践情况。方法:对比分析2015年3月实施精细化管理模式前后门诊药房管理的工作效率以及患者对门诊药房工作的满意度。结果:实施精细化管理模式后门诊药房工作效率明显提高,患者总满意率(90.1%)也明显高于实施前(77.0%),比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在医院门诊药房管理中实施精细化管理,有助于提高工作效率和患者满意度,值得加以推广。
Objective: To explore the effect and practice of fine management in the management of outpatient pharmacy. Methods: The work efficiency of outpatient pharmacy management before and after the implementation of the meticulous management mode in March 2015 and the satisfaction of patients with outpatient pharmacy work were compared and analyzed. Results: The efficiency of outpatient pharmacy was significantly improved after the implementation of the meticulous management. The total satisfaction rate (90.1%) was significantly higher than that before implementation (77.0%), with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of meticulous management in outpatient pharmacy management helps to improve work efficiency and patient satisfaction, and is worth promoting.
