对旧桥可能存在的 7种承载潜力因素 :未意识到的连续性、约束性 ;组合作用 ;材料变异影响 ;荷载分布影响 ;桥面、栏杆、扶手的参与作用等进行了初步量化分析 ,给出了考虑权值的潜力因素综合影响系数 ,并反映在旧桥抗力效应中。研究成果通过室内模型试验和实桥的动、静载试验得到证实。在廊坊市的 10余座旧桥改造中加以利用 ,取得很好的经济效益。
