一、前言国外高速柴油机重量轻、功率高,在国际高速柴油机系列中自60年代至今仍然处于优势。18CrNiWA 钢制的主连杆是该机的关键运动部件。为了提高国产高速柴油机的可靠性,上海交大和河南柴油机厂对国外60年代主连杆(S—60),七十年代主连杆(S—70)和国产主连杆(CH—60)从钢材成分分析、实物解剖性能、热加工工艺探索和金相断口等方面进行了分析研究。二、钢材化学成分和实物解剖性能钢材的化学成分分析结果见表1。主连
I. Introduction Foreign high speed diesel engines are light in weight and high in power.
