Since 1981, A.Prón et al. Doped ferric chloride with titanium-based polyacetylene to obtain high conductivity doped polyacetylene, doped polyacetylene low-temperature electrical properties have been studied. The results reported by different authors fall into two categories: one reported that the conductivity of polyacetylenes at various doping levels decreases monotonically with decreasing temperature; the other one shows a decrease with decreasing temperature with a conductivity of about 200K Value (5% increase) followed by a decrease in conductivity. Recently, we report the basic characteristics of ferric chloride doped rare earth polyacetylene. In this paper, the low temperature electrical properties of doped rare earth polyacetylene are further studied, and the results similar to but not completely the same as the above two cases are observed.
