自2004年全国各省陆续实施高中教育课程改革以来,自始至终有着一条清晰的教育改革思路,即教育改革的基础是课程改革,课程改革的前提在课堂,课堂教学改革的关键是教师。我国高中数学教学长期存在重结果,轻过程,重训练,轻思维,重时间,轻效率。新课标中明确提出:教师是数学学习的组织者、引导者与合作者。教师需要多学习教育理论,转变教学观念,重新认识、处理新课标下的教与学的关系,以学生为主体,充分发挥学生的学习潜能,调动学生的参与意识。同时教
Since 2004, the provinces have successively implemented the curriculum reform of high school education, and have a clear idea of education reform from start to finish.
