由天津大学自动化设备厂研制成功的TZY-101型多功能油耗仪于1985年9月21日在天津大学通过天津市市级鉴定.在鉴定会上来自全国各地的26名代表听取了研制工作报告、技术工作报告和用户使用情况报告.审阅了所提供的技术文件和观察了样机在492Q汽油机台架试验台上的使用情况,并委托性能测试小组对样机进行了复核试验.复核试验表明,样机的各种功能(计时法油耗测量、计数法油耗测量、转速测量、量杯容积自动选择、转速波动判断、计量装置故障诊断等)运转正常.测量精度符合国标GB1105-74的规定.会议认为:该油耗仪设计思想正确,测量精度高、抗干扰能力较强、工作可靠、操作方便和能迅速测量,其功能多于国内现有的同类产品,性能居于国内先进水平,是国内首家试制成功的采用微处理机控制的容积式油耗仪.
