目的比较四种农村卫生监督工作模式下群众对餐饮卫生情况的评价,为建立和完善农村食品卫生监督工作体系提供科学依据。方法采用典型抽样方法确定调查县,对农村乡镇居民采用偶遇法发放自行设计调查表进行调查,用卡方检验进行统计分析。结果四县(市)农村居民对周边饭店卫生状况、就餐环境评价均以“一般”为主,分别占54.2%、61.6%。各县(市)间农村居民对饭店卫生状况、就餐环境评价差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两两比较结果显示,南县优于桃江县、湘乡市、邵阳县三县(市)(P均<0.0071);桃江县、湘乡市优于邵阳县(P均<0.0071);但桃江县与湘乡市间的评价差异无统计学意义(P均>0.0071)。结论在不同卫生监督模式下,农村餐饮卫生和就餐环境优劣明显不同,提示,卫生监督到位程度与之密切相关。但总体来看,农村食品安全监管力度亟待加强。
Objective To compare the evaluation of catering hygiene among the four rural health surveillance modes and provide a scientific basis for establishing and improving the rural food hygiene supervision system. Methods A typical sampling method was used to determine the survey counties. The rural township residents were investigated by self-designed questionnaires using the casual encounter method, and the data were analyzed by chi-square test. Results The rural residents in the four counties (cities) appraised the health status and dining environment of surrounding hotels as “General ”, accounting for 54.2% and 61.6% respectively. All counties (cities) of rural residents on the hotel health status, dining environment evaluation differences were statistically significant (P all <0.05). The results of comparison showed that Nanxian was better than Taojiang County, Xiangxiang City and Shaoyang County (P <0.0071), Taojiang County and Xiangxiang City were superior to Shaoyang County (P <0.0071) There was no significant difference between the counties and Xiangxiang (P> 0.0071). Conclusions In different modes of health supervision, there are obvious differences in the quality of rural food hygiene and eating environment, which suggests that the degree of hygiene supervision is closely related. However, overall, the supervision of rural food safety needs to be strengthened.
