The use of systemic irradiation (referred to as TBI) as a palliative treatment for systemic malignancy has been a long time. Dessauer uses three X-ray tubes for TBI. Heublein~6 treated TBI at the New York Memorial Hospital in the 1930s for advanced non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Medinger et al. (12) reported that the average survival time of patients with disseminated lymphosarcoma treated with TBI was doubled. They are mainly treated with tumors of the hematopoietic system or the lymphatic system. Due to the complications of the hematopoietic system, people have not valued this treatment for more than two decades.
