电力市场在不断的发展,传统的电量电价制已经无法适应企业发展的要求,所以必须对其进行改革与改进。长期边际成本是确定两部制上网电价的有效方法,其可以弥补单一制电量电价的漏洞,本文介绍了两部制上网电价的长期边际成本方法,其可以对用电成本进行合理的补偿,还可以降低对电能的损耗,提高电力企业的经济效益。两部制上网电价是电力体制改革的成果,其有利于融资,还可以很好的衔接新老电力体制。
