本文对用于海水提铀的钛胶吸附剂进行了TEM观察及结构分析,SEM和EDS的表面形貌观察和表面微区化学成份分析研究。证实了在低温下制备的钛胶仍含部分锐钛矿微晶,得到新鲜的与通海水后的钛胶样品表面形貌照片及同步的EDS谱图和计算结果。得出海水中Ca~(++)以不溶性盐类形式大面积沉积于表面的实验证据。吸附剂体相与表相,表相各微区之间化学成份、吸附能力皆存在差异。吸附剂对海水中诸多元素的竞争吸附有不同的富集系数,因而,着重提高吸附选择性十分必要。
In this paper, the TEM observation and structural analysis of titanium adhesive adsorbent used for seawater uranium extraction, surface morphology observation and surface micro-chemical composition analysis of SEM and EDS were studied. It is confirmed that the titanium adhesive prepared at low temperature still contains some anatase crystallites, and the surface morphology of the titanium oxide sample after fresh and seawater is obtained. The EDS spectra and the results of the calculation are also obtained. The experimental evidence shows that Ca ~ (++) in seawater is deposited on the surface with large area in the form of insoluble salts. Adsorbent body phase and the surface phase, the microstructure of the table between the chemical composition, adsorption capacity are different. Adsorbents have different enrichment coefficients for the competitive adsorption of many elements in seawater. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on improving the adsorption selectivity.
