本文通过国内锌、硫、铁三种精矿浆体管道的环管试验研究,探讨了pH值对精矿浆体管道阻力特性的影响问题。试验研究结果表明,在pH=6—10范围内,pH值对锌精矿(细颗粒<0.01mm的粒径占28%)高浓度浆体管道阻力特性的影响是显著的;对硫精矿(细颗粒<0.01mm的粒径占22%)高浓度浆体,pH值对管道阻力特性的影响显著减少;对铁精矿(细颗粒<0.01mm的粒径占2%)高浓度浆体,pH值对管道阻力特性可认为没有影响。 在设计锌、硫、铁等精矿高浓度浆体管道输送工程时,当细颗粒<0.01mm的粒径含量较多时,pH值对管道阻力的影响是不可忽视的。本文的研究成果可供设计参考。
This article through the domestic zinc, sulfur, iron three kinds of concentrate slurry pipeline pipe test study, discusses the impact of pH value on the slurry slurry pipe resistance characteristics. The experimental results show that the pH value has a significant influence on the resistance characteristics of the high-concentration slurry pipeline for zinc concentrate (fine particle <0.01mm particle size) in the pH range of 6-10. (Fine particles with <0.01mm particle size account for 22%) The effect of pH on the resistance properties of pipelines is significantly reduced in high-concentration slurries; high-concentration slurry is used for iron concentrates (2% particle size of fine particles <0.01mm). The pH value has no effect on the pipe resistance characteristics. In the design of zinc, sulfur, iron and other high-concentrate slurry pipeline engineering, when the particle size of fine particles <0.01mm is large, the impact of pH on pipeline resistance cannot be ignored. The research results of this article can be used for design reference.
